CONVaaS© videoconferencing and webinar are designed for multi-user video communication in a web browser.
Videoconferencing used to organize multipoint video meetings and webinars for lectures and speeches to a large number of participants.
Our services work without having to install additional software. Your web browser, web camera and microphone, or a mobile device will be enough. Other equipment is not required.
Services are enriched with advanced features for collaboration. Ease of cloud service is provided by system authentication, allowing the use of social accounts, together with personal and corporate. It is possible to join the event even without any registration.

Events history is saved for registered users, events are renewable. Logged in users will see an incoming call when you invite them to the videoconference or webinar. Communication is done directly from your workstation. Our services blur the boundaries of offices and provide a high degree of availability of staff. Contact is possible from any place with Internet available.

Multu-user chat

Multiuser chat between participants is available during the communication session and outside of it. Users receive notification of new instant messages. Shared files can be seen in the history of chat. Chat history is saved. At any time you can switch to another chat room or create a new one, just by writing a message to any of your contacts.

Cloud service

Services of videoconferences and webinars can be used in the cloud version or on-premise. The on-premise version requires small infrastructure deployment on your servers. The cloud option may be no less attractive for company than on-premise, especially with our authorization system.

Flexible authorization

Our services are for people, and we tried to make them as simple as possible. Authentication is possible not only with the cloud account, but also via social accounts. Business users will be able to login through their user directory, and the directory itself is not accessible from the outside of enterprise network. This facilitates the work of IT departments on users management. It is also possible to link to the corporate account and social, to grant access to corporative services, keeping access social contacts and features. Invited users can even enter without registering.

Social login

Our users can login with their accounts in social and professional networks. In addition to the convenience and ease of login into the system there is an opportunity to find social contacts, invite them into a videoconference or webinar directly from our web interface. Profile enriched with photo and user name automatically from the social network. We are planning to expand the list of social networks soon together with already launched LinkedIN integration.

Live presentations

You can turn on a parallel demonstration of the presentation uploaded on Slideshare.com. All participants of a videoconference or webinar will see your presentation simultaneously with your video. Participants will be able to switch between the slides, but when a presenter changes a slide all will see it automatically. Besides the possibility of a presentation for remote users, live presentation can be used to display it on the devices of attendees in the hall, or directly at the meeting in case of the projector absence.

Videostreaming

Webinars service allows you to organize effective broadcast of video presentations for a large number of participants with the use of modern technology of video streaming over the HTTP protocol. Video streaming is optimized for operation on mobile devices.

Video calls from web site

Video calling allows you to place virtual assistant panel on the website, where clients can not only write text message, but also start a video or audio call to operator of call center directly from a web page. You can use our small cloud contact center or make integration with your contact center by SIP protocol. In such conversation operator is able to show live product, and client has a chance to demonstrate the problem visually.

Screen sharing

During a video conference or webinar, our users can turn on the broadcast of the entire desktop or select the desired application, for its user interface sharing for all participants simultaneously.

Contacts and collaboration groups

Any participant of any event on our service can be added to favorites. The history of sessions is saved automatically. Communication session can be resumed with the same group of participants from history, or you can add the entire group to favorites for frequent meetings. Collaboration group or individual users can be added to any current event. Social contacts may also be added to favorites. Permanent collaboration groups may be thematically named. The history of communication of groups persists.

File sharing

Users of our services have the ability to share files. Files uploaded to the server and stored in the history. The uploaded files and documents are available for download by links in chat or in the information panel. File storage period is limited in accordance with the tariff plans.

Invitation by link

It is very simple to invite interlocutors into a new session of the webinar or video conference. Just copy a hyperlink to a session and send it to prospective participants. Invited participants will be able to register or connect without registration. Registered users have access to the history of communications on rthe next login and rights to start new videoconference or webinar.

Recording

Important moments of video communication can be recorded. The record will be useful not only as a business meeting protocol, but also it gives the ability to view meeting by the participants, absent on the meeting or demonstration of speeches for new employees / users. Recording is stored in the cloud for a limited time, according to the tariff plan.

Selector meetings

Selector meetings allows you to connect more participants than conventional videoconferencing. Organizer and his chosen interlocutor are the only two persons on screen. Interlocutor can be changed during the meeting. Selector meetings are ideal for companies with a large number of offices, branches, outlets.

Public and private sessions

Coming soon

You only need a valid link to the event to join public video conference or webinar. You can join even without registration. Public sessions can be published on the home page of the service for easy access to them. Private meetings grant the access only to invited users. Only registered user from your contacts could be invited. It's also possible to invite user by email or by social account.

Different integration levels are available in our services:

  • At the level of OAuth 2.0 authentication for seamless login to our services from external systems and applications
  • At the level of the SIP protocol to transfer media stream to external systems, such as contact centers
  • At the level of branded / white-label user interface
  • At the level of the components of the Web interface

Traffic encryption

Services CONVaaS © are based on WebRTC technology, which provides strong encryption of signal HTTPS traffic and pass-through media peer-to-peer traffic with DTLS / SRTP encryption algorithms, which exclude listening capabilities in the middle and counterfeiting of information.

Services CONVaaS © allow you to play rich content. You can show the video stream, or start playback of educational material on the basis of SCORM, run a test or a survey, show a web page by link.

Whiteboard

Whiteboard - a unique additional feature. It allows you to draw showing result to interlocutors synchronously in real time. Whiteboard can be opened upon the selected web pages or images. Optional launch of the whiteboard itself, connected to webinar or video conference, is available on tablet or smartphone. This turns the tablet into a full-fledged drawing tool.

Scheduling

Sessions of videoconferencing and webinarsis possible to plan ahead and book the time. When booking a session invitations are sent by email. Scheduling is unavailable in free versions of service.

Branding and white-label

We love our customers and are ready to offer not only convenient and easy, but also a beautiful service. It is possible to adapt the service user interface as close as possible to your corporate style. Companies can provide our services under their brand name and on their behalf.

WebRTC

The core technology of the service is WebRTC. This technology allows to organize video connections directly in your web browser. WebRTC video connection is actually a UDP peer-to-peer connection. No need to install additional software or hardware. To traverse peer-to-peer connection through firewalls and NAT services specialized STUN / TURN server are used.

No sofware, no hardware

Absence of necessity to install any software simplifies communication processes. The corporate policy governing the installation of new software is not to be violated. The company's expenses are transferred to the OPEX. No need not only to finance the purchase and implementation of video communication, but also to contain special call offices or rooms. In addition, our approach allows rapidly engage into the dialogue your interlocutors who do not have any sort of video-communications solutions.

  All services run in the test mode. When being in test mode the services are free of charge and mostly unlimited. At the end of test period free service will remain but it will be limited according to the new price policy.
